Ingredients
For the Momo Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Water (as needed)
For the Filling (Chicken / Buff / Veg)
- 250 g minced chicken/buff or finely chopped vegetables
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon turmeric (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil or sesame oil
